Gwen Stefani Blush Palette Review

Gwen Stefani Blush Palette

Ow another little diamond from this collection the Gwen Stefani Blush Palette and to cut to the chase its love……

Where to begin, the packaging maybe? These beautiful blushers are housed in a sturdy plastic casing  a white background with gold circles layered over the top and layered above that her stamp of approval. Now Gwen claims that all six shades can been worn on any day and I for one find with a blusher palette that there are shades go untouched due to being to deep or strong for my skin tone. This palette I can wear every shade! You can see in the image I was that eager to try this beauty out I have played with before taking any photos! I also love the print on the large mirror inside. “magic is in the make”

The shades include:

  • Cherry — light satin pink
  • Easy — deep rose with gold shimmer, my favourite shade of the bunch.
  • Angel — champagne-nude shimmer, the highlighter of the bunch for me.
  • Lo-Fi — soft bronze matte, My idea of a bronzer
  • Hush — medium pink with gold shimmer
  • OC — soft pink with peach shift

As I previously stated I could easily wear all six of these shade. I’m already a fan of Urban Decay blushers and these have the same good quality, last well pigment rich shades.  There is nothing chalky or poor performing in this palette. I also feel that there is a good enough range to cover day, evening and more full on looks. What I also like about this palette is the six pans are good sizes you can get your blusher brush in there and have a good sweep around unlike some palettes that have square, small or regular shapes to the pans.

I have to say I’m very impressed again by the Gwen Stefani collection and hope to see more from Urban Decay in regards to collaborations.
